Mons. Antonio Stagliano', the Bishop of Noto, definitively approved the Statutes of the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary as recognized by the Catholic Church at a Diocesan level, as a Public Association in anticipation of becoming an Institute of Consecrated Life - through an Episcopal Decree on the 31st of May 2019.
