destroying almost everything in it's path...

Fr. Antonio recounts the Poor Friar's and Poor Nun's experience of helping the Catholic Parish of the Holy Family Church and the people of Dulac (with the help of Divine Providence) through their immediate disaster relief, short-term housing needs and even long-term housing needs.

Though the assistance of many parishioners, volunteers, and benefactors our town was able to pull together and see it through the intial difficulties. This video also highlights how apon invitation, the Menonite Desaster Services offered free labour in builing 24 new greatly needed houses over the span of two years.

Following Fr. Mitch Pacwa's (of EWTN) visit to Dulac during the early devastation recovery, he encouraged and directed Seth Farmer and Ragan Wells of Uriel Media Productions to film the Poor Friars and Nuns "at work". The following film is the fruit of over four visits to the community as they gracefully captured both the challenges and blessings that face the people of Grand Caillou, but also the Charism of the Poor Friars and Nuns.
